BarBrother’s guided strength training is based on teaching basic and effective programming through a proven method of strength training and conditioning as well as proper form, technique and nutrition guidelines.
Pirates Baseball and STRONG U have partnered together for the 2017-2018 Athletic Performance Programming. With our focus on long-term athletic development based strength and conditioning and an emphasis on improving athletic performance and injury resistance, we are working together to implement the most effective strength training, conditioning, prehab and recovery based programming with nutritional guidelines to increase performance and keep players on the field longer.

Women’s Only Group Strength & Conditioning. Professionally designed strength training for all levels of fitness. The goal of Barbella’s is to increase quality of life by increasing strength and movement quality as well as decreasing body fat.

A class for both Men and Women for a high intensity boxing workout intended to get your heart rate up, burn fat, and let go of some frustration!
Like many, I believe that ‘Strength is King’ however it is equally important to continuously practice basic overall athletic skills. I strive to provide a fun and education-based training program, teaching the “hows and whys” of developing proper movement patterns & techniques that have been proven to reduce risk of injuries and build solid foundations of strength and overall long term athletic development.
My goal is to teach and sculpt individuals as well as athletes both on and off the field
I’ve been involved with strength training my entire adult life. The study of how to get strong and it’s amazing effects on our bodies still amazes and fascinates me. Over decades now, I’ve been able to work with a very diverse population: Athletes, people looking to get fit, persons looking to lose weight, occupational athletes, and persons recovering from illness or injury. This wide range of experience in strength coaching has led me to acknowledge one simple truth “Strength is King”.
